Unable to open my account - Suspended

I just signed up for your service and was not able to generate a preview of my form, so I logged out.  But when I tried to log back in, I got an "Account Suspended" error message.

Please advise ASAP since I am on a deadline to create and use this form.

Your account got suspended by our anti-phishing tool. Upon checking your form, I was not able to see any fields that violate our terms of use.

I activated your account back to good status.
