How to add CSS for to date and time so that people are not able to book the same hours in the same date??

Do you wish to disable a time option on dates if it was previously selected by other respondents? This means that if a respondent accesses your form, he/she should not be able to select a time on a date that had been selected by another respondent.

If I'm understanding your concern correctly, I'm not sure if using custom CSS codes would best fit your requirements. But, perhaps you can do the workaround explained in this guide instead— https://www.jotform.com/help/375-How-to-Have-Unique-Question-Using-Multiple-Fields

so I want to find a way to prevent people from book appointments on the same time of the day. I have my appointments connected to google calendar.

Would you mind letting us know the Form URL where you want to implement this?

To prevent the user to select the same time you may consider using Date reservation, Appointment slots, Gift registry widget:
