Meu Downgrade não foi permitido!

    Boa Tarde,

    Por engano fiz o upgrade de meu plano e há um erros que impossibilita o Downgrade.

    Vocês poderiam corrigir isso?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have canceled the Silver Yearly subscription for your account which was not processed completely when you upgraded. Your account is now on a free subscription. Feel free to upgrade to the Bronze plan now.
