how much do you charge to create a form for me? and other questions:
Do you have functionality to ask listed questions? so for example, which products have you tried, and for each did you like it, what was the brand name, where did you get?
So there are multiple rows for each product and then multiple columns with questions to answer for each product. Is this possible?
Or,if I have a multiselect and then add conditional logic to have additional questions for each that was selected? What if I have in the multiselect, multiple options for "add your own" - is that possible? And then would it be possible to have additional questions for each of the add your own a, add your own b, add your own c, etc?
Also, do I need a domain / url to add jotform to in order to share or is this not required?

Unfortunately, we do not do paid custom form job. We can, however, assist you with your inquiries.
What you're trying to achieve is possible with conditions. You can show/hide fields depending on the user's answer. Guide: How to Show/Hide a Field
You can basically use regular fields as your products then calculate the total amount of the select products by performing calculation. Guide: How to perform calculation in the form
After that, you can pass the total amount to the payment field where it will be processed for actual payments. Guide: How to pass a calculation to a payment field
A domain isn't required. You will be provided with a form URL when you publish your form. You can share the form URL or use embed codes and embed the form on your website.

Unfortunately, we do not provide phone support. We can only assist you through here in our support forum or via email at support@jotform.com.
With regards to your questions, I apologize if I wasn't able to address it properly.
To clarify, what you're trying to achieve is possible with show and hide conditions.
Example:
You can list your products using Multiple Choice Field and then whichever products selected by the user, you can show more questions relevant to the selected product.

If you want users to add more products dynamically, you can use config list widget https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list
