I would like to upgrade to monthly Bronze level but it is not discounted

I understand that you are running a huge 50% off discount right now.

However, I'd like to upgrade our free Starter JotForm to the Bronze level on a month by month basis.  I can't seem to find that option on your website.

Hello Sharon,

Our current 50% sale is applicable for our yearly and bi-yearly plans only. Our monthly prices remain the same. If you want to take advantage of the half price, you have to upgrade to the Yearly or 2-years plan.
