Create the form on our behalf

I am looking to develop a form but do not know how to create it with all the rules on the back end to create the forms- do one of the packages provide organizations help with creating the form (and not a webinar/training tool)? I am looking to provide a rep with all the info needed on the form and how they will interact depending on the users answers or results and  the rep create the form on our behalf?

We are sorry to say but we do not accept work for custom forms. However, we can assist you throughout the process here in the support forum. We can also provide you example forms if needed. Anyway, creating a form in the form builder is easy. You just have to drag fields in the form area and if you have difficulties or if you need further assistance, just let us know here and we'd be happy to assist you.
