Monday.com Integration: Getting "Internal server" error when Phone fields is passed to the Integration

Monday integration is not working.. seeing "Internal server error"  when i do Test Integration.. 

for example.. the "Claim your free trial..." form

Could you please remove the Phone fields from the mapping of the Monday.com Integration to see if this resolves the issue.

Removing the phone field worked. Adding it back broke it. Does this no
longer integrate phone fields?

How about using the short-text entry field and make it phone field using mask option?
