Embed JotForm to Shopify

what is the best way to put the form on shopify pages? 
is there tutoriaL ?\

i tried all different typs of embedding and none of them work properly so i'm currently using the link to the form but that's now how we want to do this. 

i just sent another ticket regarding conditional logic, but I figured that one out.
