Cancel service please - Downgrade button not working

Please cancel my service. Thought I downgraded to the free version last month already, now I see the Downgrade button didn't actually downgrade the account. Would appreciate a refund. Thx 

I can see that you have cancelled your subscription on PayPal. I have processed the refund. Please note that the refund could take 7 to 10 days to reflect in your account.
