Redirect URL after specific question

    Hi

    I would like to resolve an issue with the form we have created on the URL below. The issue I'm having is that I've setup a redirection as a thank you page when one of the questions is answered in a specific way but the screen comes up blank after the question is answered. Please help resolve.

    I checked your form and see that there is an extra space before the URL.

    Please remove the space and it should work fine.
