Can I stay at reduced price for ongoing period?

Hi, I notice there are some accounts set up at the same time we set our account up (years ago) which get a rolling 50% off. 

I want to upgrade to Silver but don’t want it to go to full price after a year. 

Could this be applied to my account please? Or is there any way round this please? We’ll use Jotform for the long term if there is?
