Form submissions are not showing up in my app

Hi,

I am having problems with this app on my iphone. I have an assignee account and am required to use this app to complete feedback forms regarding work performance.

The last two times my supervisor has filled out a feedback form, a big green tick has come up with a message something like " thank you, your form has been successfully submitted."

However, when I go to the submissions tab in the app the recent submissions are not showing up. It is only the last two forms I've submitted that aren't showing up. I am not sure if it is just an error within my app or whether the forms are actually not going through at all.

I have tried to find a solution via google/your answers page but havent been able to.

Are you able to provide any advice regarding what the problem is and how I can fix it. It is very important for my employment that these forms are submitted so I am anxious to find a solution.

Do note that when the form is assigned to you then you can only view the submissions that were done by you. Form Assignee cannot view all the submission data which are filled by others. Only the owner of the form can view the submissions.
