    Why is my account downgraded?

    Attached is my receipt for 12 months Gold paid in December.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a mix up on your subscription since the payment was processed by different processors.

    The Bronze monthly which was due to renew today didn't renew since you already have another subscription, hence it was cancelled and override your Gold Yearly subscription.

    I have now reinstated your Gold Yearly subscription.
