I am unable to sign into my account

    Hello,

    I have set up a jotform for my website, but any completed form that gets filled out by my customers is not getting sent to my email. I tried signing into my account, but it says "SUSPENDED" every time. Even after resetting my password, and clicking the link provided in my email. Please advise, as I am losing customers over my form not working properly. Thank you.

    You cannot log in when you are suspended, and initiating a password reset won't help either. I have reviewed your form, and I see it did not violate our terms of use. I have reactivated the account. You should be able to log in now.
