Form fields not showing in the same order as I built them.

    good evening created a form however when I go to view it, it is not in the same order as I built it.  how to I correct this?

    When in your Form Builder, you can use drag & drop to position the fields on the form.

    I did that but it is adding phone number and email to the bottom
    and it’s only on there once at the top

    If you need to show them at the top, please drag them to the top, example:

    I want to delete the ones on the bottom because I don’t need them but when I go to design the form I don’t see it. I only need it once

    Can you please load your form in your Form Builder using the link https://www.jotform.com/build/200043547833046

    When I checked this on your form, I see the 2 fields below and they can be removed/deleted. 

    You just need to select the field first and then click on the Remove (Trash bin like) button.
