My account has been suspended

    How can I get my account unsuspended?

    Please advice at your earliest convenience.

    We suspended your account, because you require an Upload of valid ID. Please note that this is not allowed and it violates our TOS. You can read it here:

    If you do not collect this data from the general public, but from your own clients, you can collect ID numbers. You need to comply with two things:

    1. You should add the Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your clients to read and agree.

    2. You should add a Signature Widget. So, your clients can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

    Please have in mind that it is only allowed to ask for ID numbers. You can not ask for any kind of file uploads for this document.

    If you want to reactivate your account, you should agree to add the above widgets. Or we can just delete the offending fields.

    Please tell us how to proceed.

    In order to lift the suspension in your account we need to delete these guilty fields in your form.

    You may add back the SSN field and collect ID number if you add the recommended widgets.

    However, do note that we don't allow uploads with sensitive information.

    I have lifted the suspension in your account.
