suspended account

    My account was suspended and reactivated and suspended again?


    Please help.

    Your account was initially suspended since one of your forms is asking for credit card details which my colleague has already informed you before that it is against our Terms Of Use.

    He reactivated your account and suggested that you remove the fields.

    Unfortunately, it seems that the fields remains in your form, https://form.jotform.com/80095099748167,  hence your account is now suspended again.

    Please note that we have an active Phishing Detector and a dedicated team that reviews our user's form.

    In order to prevent your form from getting suspended again, please delete the credit card related fields.

    I have now temporarily reactivated your account.
