Multiple choice conditions

Hi,

My form gives people the opportunity to select a number of events that they are going to attend. They make their selection via a multiple choice box.

What I really need now is to be able to collect the following information for each of their choices:

Day they are turning up?

How many nights they are staying?

What time they will arrive?

Is there anyway my form can request the information for each instance that the user has entered in the multiple choice box?

You can use the Configurable List widget so your users can select multiple events along with those field questions in it by simply clicking on the "add" button depending on how many events they want.
