One of the fields on my form is not being updated in Zoho

    All my info get put into Zoho correctly however i have one field called

    Status: "Unprocessed" this is a hidden field and has a fixed entry.

    When i transfer this to Zoho, this field doesnt get taking into account, the student status field gets the default entry "prospect" instead of "Unprocessed" even if i map it not to the hidden field but just simply from the picklist to "Unprocessed" it still gets the prospect status...

    I believe you are referring to this field from page one of your form. Is that correct?


    It's hidden in the form and I believe you've added this to the form so that you can edit the submission from the Form submission page.

    So which is the other field that you are referring to "The student status" field?

    Yes i am talking about that field. Status is connected to "Student Status" in our CRM however the value doesnt get transffered from here.

    As we check the submission data of your form, there is no data for the status field. As I check the field properties, the default text for the field is set to be empty while the 'Unprocessed' is in the placeholder.


    If you want the data 'Unprocessed' to be sent to Zoho upon the form submission, please try adding the text to Default text.
