Help to move a Form to other user

    Hello JotForm !

    I contact you because I need your help to transfer a Form to an another User.

    My Username is : 4aout 

    The name and the link of the Form i need to move : Déclarer son adresse électronique https://eu.jotform.com/build/71775040886363

    The Username of the Account I want this Form and Data transferred is ANSQUER.

    Thanks a lot for you help, 

    Can you confirm me the transfer ?

    As per your request, the form "Déclarer son adresse électronique" has been transferred to the account username "ANSQUER". Please open a new forum thread if you need anything else, we will be glad to assist you.
