How to remove the "powered by Jotform" branding?

I am on the SILVER membership which means no Jotform branding but on multiple forms I check, right under the submit button is a "powered by Jotform" with no ability to remove as it's not showing in the edit area. 

Why is Jotform forcing advertising on my forms that directs the visitor away from submitting my form? This is very unacceptable being that this has not been told to me it would be forced on my forms and why do I not have the ability to remove it?

The option to remove the JotForm branding becomes available to paid users in the account settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
