Transferring forms and Google Sheets integration

I am interested in moving one of our forms from one account to another. I see that this is possible (, but I have some additional questions:

1.) Most responses to this form include files uploaded by respondents. Will the files uploaded for each response on the previous account be transferred to the new account? Will the file URLs change or be the same?

2.) The responses to our form are pushed to a Google Sheet. Do I have to worry about connection to this sheet "breaking" with the transfer? Will new responses to the form be  pushed to the bottom of the spreadsheet, under responses that were submitted to the form using the previous account? If file URLs change when the transfer takes place, will the file URLs in the Google Sheet be updated accordingly?

3.) Is there anything else we should know about transferring forms that we should take into consideration? The Google Sheet containing responses to our form are used to feed the backend of a web app we have created, and I am concerned about potential unintended consequences of this transfer.

    File Uploads

Yes, the files will be moved as well. But we honestly had a case where the files are moved, but the download URL is still attached to the old username. If this happens, we would need to create a ticket, but the files should still be downloadable - you only need to change the username on the download URLs.

    Google Sheet

Google Sheet integration is kept in the form. The URL will be the same. However, if the integration will not work when the form is moved, it is required to re-integrate.

    Other Issues

The custom form URL - if set up for the forms will be reset since the username is part of the custom form URL. If it is not set up in the form, I don't think there will be an issue once the form is moved.

I hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
