Hi, We moved all of our Jotform templates to a new account for our group, but the inbox is no longer available for me to download. I need to be able to download the signups from our new account. Can you help?

You just need to login to your new account. Then you should be able to access the Inbox.
What is the username and the e-mail address of your new account, so we can check it?
Have you transferred forms from one account to another? Do you mean this?
