Skip Page Not Working

I have a 6 page form. From a question on page 1, I set the logic to skip page 4 and page 5 if the following selection is chosen:

QUESTION: Regular or Family Plan (Added Vehicles are Same Service as Primary) * Regular - 1 Primary Vehicle (should skip pgs 4 & 5) It does not skip page 5. All the other logic works fine. Unsure why. 

I would recommend you to try merging the conditions for page 5 and have only one:
