How can I embed a video into auto-responder email?

I am attempting to embed a youtube video into an auto-responder email for one of our forms. I tried inserting the embed code into the source code, but I cannot figure out how to save the new html. Is this something that is doable? Thank you.

As far as I can see you can only add a link to your video in the autoresponder email. Almost all email clients do a really poor job of displaying HTML content, so that embed video will not work in most places.
