    Your account is autosuspsnded by our Phishing system because of the form "Liturgical Publications Inc. Credit Card/Debit Card Sale". This form has a credit card fields.

    It is against our Terms of Use to collect credit card info using plain text fields. If you want to collect payments, you need to use one of our payment integrations.

    I saw that you deleted the mentioned form and it is currently located inside of the Trash folder. I purged it from the Trash folder and I re-activated your account. You should be able to log in now.
