How can I solve Form over quota problem?

Dear Sir, Madam,

this morning, while clicking on my jotform https://form.jotformeu.com/ccitabel/membership-ccbi, one page has opened with the following error: Form over quota

Until yesterday this account had over quota forms but then we cancelled the extra ones, so now it has the maximum number of forms (5). I am contacting you in order to receive support regarding this problem.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. The issue seems to be with the form caches of your account. We have now cleared the caches and see that the forms are loading normally now. Please check and let us know if you need any further help.
