    Hello at Jotform,

    Problem connecting to JotForms from my Website links. Receiving this message when trying to connect...

    Can’t connect securely to this page

    This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner.

    Haven't had this problem until recently.

    Can you help please?

    Are you using Comcast Xfinity internet service provider? 

    Please restart your router to see if that will resolve the issue. You can also try to change the form subdomain www.jotform.com.

    If the issue still persists, I would suggest you to contact Comcast Xfinity support.
