Tags on inbox forms are not sticking

So we are having an issue when we set our tags on the inbox forms, if we come back to them later and click a new tag to add to the process, it removes the rest of the tags.

 Apologies for the inconvenience. I was also able to experience an issue on Inbox tags. However, unlike yours, even if I do not add any tags at a later time, as long as the page is reloaded, the tags are no longer there.

Can you please confirm if this is the same problem you are facing?
