Getting an error when accessing the form

An application form I have cannot currently be accessed  via the link. The warn ing message received is that 'cant establish a secure connection to the server "form.jotformeu.com"

The issue first arose on Tuesday, worked on Wednesday and earlier today and now has cropped up again.

Is this a Jotform issue or an issue my end?

We had a related problem yesterday, but we have fixed it already. It is likely a new problem that is specific to the EU region since I can open the form without any problem.
