The credit card payment option does not work on my form

    I am still having MAJOR issues with customers not being able to complete their payments on my form.  I need help asap!!! This has been going on all day and I'm very disappointed in JotForm!!

    May we know if the users are getting any error on the form? If your Form is embedded in any website? Please share the URL of the website?

    I have noticed that the Square payment is connected to the account and it should not have an issue.
