Form will not submit

    Hello,

A client of ours filled out her form in full and when it came time to submit it, she kept getting the following error messages:

I reached the end and did hit "submit". It will not submit until I "correct errors" I didn't make. I press the "go back" link and it sends me to a completely blank form. Somewhere in the system it clearly saved my info with everything I entered last night because it sent me an email last night telling me it did. That email also gave me the link to continue with it. when I hit that link it takes me to near the end of the questions. So, clearly, it saved everything before that to somewhere.

    Can you please help?

I just filled this form https://www.jotform.us/form/82055672284157 to last page and was able to submit without any error.

Would you mind providing us the following information for further investigation:

1). Device used to submit the form

    2). Browser type and version

3). Error received after submitting the form

    Looking forward for your response.

This is what our client said:

    1.  Microsoft Surface
    2. I originally went from the link in the email sent from your office so let me do it again and see what browser it was. I usually use Google.
    3. The error box was narrow and long with a white background. It said I needed to go back and complete boxes I hadn’t done.  It listed about 15 questions it said I hadn’t entered. When I read the list, I had clearly answered them all. At the bottom of the arrow box it had a “go back” link. When I touched it, it took me to the “relationship challenges question “ which was where I had stopped when I saved the first time. I decided to go back further to see if the page before was filled in and it wasn’t. The whole form appeared to be empty.

I've tried it again, but I'm still not able to replicate the error. I went this page https://www.robertmasters.com/client-application/ and clicked on the "Fill Application Form Online" button and filled the first form.

I was then redirected to https://form.jotform.com/RobertMasters/robert-masters-client-application? form and filled all required fields and hit submit.

You can check my submission and see if it went through. If you or your client can replicate it, kindly send us a screen recording as it would be helpful in our investigation.

    Looking forward for your response.

    Hi Jed_C,

Is there a way you can access our clients form and submit it for her?  It's a very long process and she's already don't it several times.  Here is the link again:

Thank you for your help, Jed_C.  We really appreciate it.  We don't want to ask her to do it again...and receive the same error message.

Well we can submit it for her, but the problem is that there are fields that need to be filled before I can submit this session: https://form.jotform.com/RobertMasters/robert-masters-client-application?session=ohsoglad@gmail.com&stoken=JF-LvTOmPOm-35&jumpToPage=11

You can also submit that session if you can' replicate the issue on your end. Just ask the user for the details and submit the form for her :)
