Why was my account dowgraded?

    I was emailed about my account being downgraded.  Said my credit card expired?   I believe I paid for the silver plan  yearly during the sale.  

    Please let me know what the situation is.

    Double checking your subscription, you're in the Silver yearly INT191130-6686-30945 which will renew on Nov 30,2020.

    Your account is back to the silver plan.
