Applications not coming to inbox

    My email address has started automatically archiving emails from jotform before I'm able to read them and do that manually.  It's been going on for about a month and I've missed a few applications from volunteers for my organization as a result.  Can you help me understand why this would be happening?  Thank you.

    Which e-mail provider do you use?

    I would suggest you to check this with your e-mail provider.

    Most probably, there are settings in your e-mail account, which you should adjust.
