Adding Submissions from internal/back-end of form

Is there a way to add submissions manually (from the form creator) on the back-end of the form? i.e. we've closed an option to the public but would like to add someone. I only see options to edit submissions.

You can also just manually submit the form using its URL link. Example, https://www.jotform.us/form/92607370986165

This will then add submission data to the form.

Let us know if this will not work.
