    I have checked the account associated with the email address you are using in this thread and the account is currently on suspension status.

    The account was suspended due to your payment being flagged and blocked by Stripe, one of our payment processors.

    Please provide us details about your business and proof of what it is supposed to be. Send the proof to our support email address at support@jotform.com and include in the subject this support thread #2132283.

    In any case, we would like to also suggest that you use a different credit card for your subscription payment.
