Trying to submit Paypal payment - saves submission as a draft instead

I've published my form already and was testing out the payment option myself. I selected the option "Replace submit button with Paypal." I'm able to continue to the Paypal page but when I complete payment, the form redirects me back to a message saying "your submission has been saved as a draft"

I just want users to submit the payment and then be redirected to the thank you page.

May I ask if you made the test submission payment using a different PayPal account?

If your test submission payment was using the same PayPal account you used in the form PayPal integration, the payment will not be completed as actual payment.

Actual submission payments which are successful should redirect to the form Thank You Message.

When I checked on your form, I also noted that there were Conditions that have only error on them.

I recommend cleaning the form by removing/deleting or fixing those Conditions with error on them as they could also be contributing to the issue on the form.

I hope this help. Let us now if issue persist.

I used a different paypal account and I also asked another person to test and they received the same error.

I tested your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. Here's a screencast of my test submission:

Please try disabling the Continue Forms Later feature and see if the issue on your end still persists.

The error occurs when you fill in Paypal information and try to submit a payment, not just clicking on the paypal options.

I'd want to keep the continue forms later option if that's possible

We are sorry for the inconvenience that is caused!

Unfortunately, we cannot perform the test as it require the Paypal credentials to replicate. Hence I request you to please try once by disabling the "Continue form Later" feature as we need to be sure what is causing this issue.

You can also try it in the sandbox/test mode environment. Please refer: https://www.jotform.com/help/542-How-to-Integrate-Form-to-PayPal-Checkout

Please provide us the update once you are done testing after disabling the feature.

    Waiting for your response.
