Submission sheets not downloading

    Hi there, support team,

    I am trying to do a CSV download from our CEEC Clergy Renewal form, but neither CSV nor EXCEL is working.  I need CSV.

    Please advise ASAP.

    As I tried downloading the Excel/CSV report of the form from the Sheets view, it seems to be working fine at my end. If you are still experiencing any issue, could you try logging into a private/incognito window or a separate browser to see if that helps?
