Form not working

    Hello the form is saying we are over quota but we are not. We are an animal rescue charity and really need the form to work can you please fix this

    I have refreshed the form cache. The Form is active now. However, I have noticed that you have crossed your Forms limit which is 5 Forms.

    Please disable/delete/archive the extra forms and keep only 5 forms else your forms would be inactive once again.
