    The multiple select and select don't work meaning, when selecting it does not 'go' on PDF

    Hi @mtporter2!

    I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing, I am more than happy to assist you with your inquiry.

    So, I have taken a closer look at this form and I believe the reason you are not able to connect the Gewünschter Test (bitte ankreuzen) section is because in your form the field has been defined the section as a Single Choice filed and in your PDF the field is a Multiple Choice field. My suggestion would be to manually change the fields so that they match.

    I went ahead and made a clone of your form and tested and if you change the fields so that they match you are able to connect and the results show up in the PDF. Please use the screenshots for reference:
