Updates on Purchase Order upgrade

    I'm not getting a quick response to my questions. Can I please have a phone number to contact the support team?

    We sent the payment, however, my account has not been upgraded yet. I'm missing important due dates to send forms. Please help!

    Unfortunately, we do not have telephone support. The main mode of payment is via Forum thread.

    We have received your email and noticed that the PO Order ID is 194602272. We have forwarded the details to the Blue Snap in order to verify the Check status. We will let you know once the check gets cleared.

    Important Note:Mail/Check/Money Order payment is considered a manual payment and would take a few days/weeks to be processed. BlueSnap will advise us of the payment. Until then, we cannot upgrade the account.
