Is jotform branding always present?

    Hello,

    Does the Create your own JotForm appear on the bottom of the contact form always?

    I am thinking of using this as a link to a local gym in order to receive information on my website.

    Hello Kyle - The Jotform branding is displayed on FREE plan accounts. However, if you upgrade your account, you will have the option to disable jotform branding.
