form is not loading on mobile

we have received feedback that the form will only load on a desktop, not on phone. 

I checked on your website http://www.tinkerteachers.com/registration-2020.html and I was able to see the published form just fine using mobile browser.

Can you please check again. Let us know if issue persist.
