Embedded QuizForm results page with anchored hyperlink

I have multiple embedded quizzes set up with a results page with an anchored hyperlink. Quiz works and results page shows up just fine. The issue I have is that when the test is over and I want them to select the anchored hyperlink to return to the main test page the link opens inside the embedded window. Ideally, selecting the link would either redirect the current tab back to the test list or close tab and open new tab back to the target.

here is html script of the quizform build with target link

href="http://phicare.com/training/annual-competencies/">here</a>&nbsp;to return to the quiz menu</span></strong></p>

    <p style="font-size: 17.6px; text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">&nbsp;</span></p>

    <p style="font-size: 17.6px; text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 17.6px;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">If you&nbsp;</span><strong><span style="font-family: &quot;Verdana&quot;,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 17.6px; text-decoration-line: underline;">did not</span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 17.6px;">&nbsp;score above 80% click&nbsp;</span><a style="font-size: 17.6px;" href="http://phicare.com/training/annual-competencies/test-age-specific-assessment/">here</a><span style="font-size: 17.6px;">&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 17.6px;">to retake the test</span></span></p>

    here is link to test

    Hi @zboulton!

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

I have run a test submission on your form with my email felipe@jotform.com and I was able to replicate the issue that you are seeing. When I clicked the link to return to the home page, it seems that an additional window is opening in the frame of the form.

I would suggest setting the target="_parent" so that the form redirects from its parent frame and not the frame of the form itself.

Please test this and let us know your results, we will wait for your response!

Thank you Felipe! I tried that yesterday with no success but I may have figured out the issue. When I was in quizform editing the response in html it was not saving/updating. What I tried today, and seems to be working, is going in editing the script with targeting parent > saving changes to script > saving quiz > closing browser > reopening browser and then repeat for next quiz.  Not sure if it was a caching issue or what, but it seems to be working!

Thank you for the quick reply!

    Zak
