    I have two hidden fields and one is still showing on the form?

    The Expedited in Hand Date field will still be shown in the form due to the following condition:

    So, that conditions forces the field to be visible by default, and it will be hidden only if the condition is met. You should create a condition to show the Expedited In-Hand Date field only if the answer to the "Do you required an In-Hand Date sooner then 6 weeks..." is equal to Yes.
