Salesforce intgration is not working in the form

    Good Afternoon,

    i have had my first form up and filled out.  However, It is not showing up in Jot forms to autofill in Salesforce. It only showed up in Docusign.


    Please help,

    The integration with DocuSign is a different flow in the form. I don't think that will cause a problem with SalesForce.

    Please try removing the Middle Name part of the Full Name field on the first page of the form. I remember our Salesforce Integration will not work when that is enabled.

    Hi,

    I have tried cloning your form, integrate it to SalesForce, and it seems to be working on my end. I have only mapped 2 basic fields (Email and Full Name) and Contact as a List.

    To help us further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest to please try the following:

    1. Renew your security token

    2. Integrate your form again with SalesForce

    3. Capture screenshot of the fields mapped

    4. Send a test submission
