I was getting a PDF attachment along with the text & email notifications when someone completed a form. I changed the email address to another colleague in our club and now they report that they're not getting the PDF?

Hi John - Is the issue related to this form (200366012702036)?
If so, I checked the email notification for that form and the PDF attachment is not enabled.
Please enable that option for the notification to include the PDF attachment.
