My form is missing

    Hello, We have created a jot form to allow families to apply to become vendors at our school spring carnival. One person was able to complete the form and then it was deleted. We are asking families to use the following link - but now that it isn't working, we are scrambling. Is there an error in the way we set the form up?

    Unfortunately, I was not able to pull any account using that form link. Perhaps, you are using a guest account before?

    Please note that we are not deleting submissions or forms created by our users.
