    No tengo acceso a mis formularios, necesito entrar en mi perfil.

    I have checked your account paskukido and it seems it was suspended due to the form 200303158769354   which is collecting  of ID's and flagged as phishing forms.

    We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

    In line with this, we would like to request these information from you:
    1. The URL where your forms are used.
    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
    3. Share with us a document that will prove that you're authorized to use the said logos.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid being flagged again by our phishing detector that can lead to another account suspension.
