    Hi, the username "Radiantpathways" is available to be used. Before proceeding with the change, please note that custom URLs will no longer work, so if you are using any, you will need to set them up again after the username change: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form

    Also, since your subscription is being paid via PayPal, we will need to cancel it(I-EXYMK4WDKPA2), provide a prorated refund, and put your account back to free status, so you can purchase a new subscription under the new username.

    Please confirm if you want to proceed changing your username from "Conscioussoulmates" to "Radiantpathways".

    Oh no. Change it back pleas. I had no idea all hat was required and I am not the tech person so please change it back to what was.
